Chantay Elise Gillian

Chantay Elise Gillian of Middletown, NY passed away on January 04, 2025 at Garnet Health Medical Center. She was 53. Chantay was born to the late James Clifford Warner and Lillian Frances Degroat - Wade on September 03, 1971 in Middletown, NY. She was a beloved daughter, mother and friend. Chantay was a faithful longtime member of her church. She loved her Step Father Tony Wade who was a wonderful father figure to her. She worked for 18 years at Access Support For Living as a Supported Housing Specialist helping individuals in the community. She is survived by her sons Jaime Ortiz Jr. of Houston, TX; Isaiah J. Gillian & Alyssa Lemin of Port Jervis, NY; Matthew J. Gillian & Kyra Ostrom of Lakeland, Fl and Aaron J. Gillian of Pineville, NC; Her Grandchildren: Isabella Gillian, Amelia Gillian, Kalliope Ortiz, Ava Gillian and Kehlani Gillian. Many beloved Aunties, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews and friends. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, January 18, 2025 at 2:00 PM at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on 790 Silver Lake-Scotchtown Rd Middletown, NY 10941 Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the organization Autism Speaks
