Charles Raffier

Charles Michael Raffier, a backflow inspector for the State of Illinois, and a longtime resident of the Middletown area, died on July 25, 2018 at his home. He was 44. The son of Michael and Gail Farrell Raffier, he was born on August 17, 1973 in Middletown, New York. Charles was an avid NASCAR fan, especially Dale Earnhardt. He had a great love for his family and his business and was missed while he was in Illinois. Survivors include his daughter Gianna Raffier of the State of Florida. His parents Michael and Gail Raffier of Middletown, N.Y. and his uncle Charlie Farrell of Middletown. His former wife and mother of his daughter Marla. Visitation hours will be held on Saturday August 4, 2018 from 2-5 P.M. at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main St. Middletown, New York.
