Elena Barone

Elena Barone of Middletown, a former employee at Calvert Coat in Middletown and a longtime resident of the area, died on April 9, 2016 at Orange Regional Medical Center in Middletown, N.Y. She was 73. The daughter of the late Pasquale and Angela Maria Romano Ciccarelli, she was born on April 1, 1943 in Italy. She was the widow of Luca Barone. Survivors include her children Maria Roy and her husband Ray of Otisville, N.Y. and Alfredo Barone and his wife Marie of Middletown. Her sisters Anna Piccolo of Middletown and Archetta Borelli, Carmela Paparo and Raquelina Beneduce all of Naples, Italy. Her six grandchildren Ray Jr.; Brandon; Annalisa; Alicia; Luca and Elena as well as her nieces and nephews. Visitation hours will be held on Thursday April 14, 2016 from 5-8 P.M. at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main St. Middletown, N.Y. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday April 15, 2016 at 11 A.M. at St. Joseph Church Middletown, N.Y. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery Middletown, N.Y.
