George Martin

George M. Martin of Middletown, passed away on Wednesday August 17, 2016 at Orange Regional Medical Center in Middletown. He was 78. The son of the late G. Madison and Frances Paddock Martin, he was born on March 17, 1938. George graduated from Middletown High School in 1956 and was a member of St. Paul's Methodist Church for over 60 years. Survivors include his sister Marion Sorrell and her husband Roy of Wichita Falls, Texas and his grandson Joe Sorrell of Wichita Falls and three cousins. A Funeral Service will be held at 1:30 P.M. on Friday October 14, 2016 at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. Burial will follow in the Wallkill Cemetery Phillipsburg, N.Y. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a Humane Society.
