Hannah Reggio

Hannah Reggio of Middletown, N.Y., a senior at Middletown High School and a lifelong resident of the area, passed away on December 25, 2024 in Westchester Medical Center. She was 17.

The daughter of Shannon Kanoff, Hannah was born on April 10, 2007 in Middletown, N.Y.

A special gift from God was returned to heaven.

Survivors include her Uncle Eric Kanoff “Dad” in Hannah’s eyes and his fiancé Emily “Mom”. Her grandfather Joseph Kanoff at home. Her brother Cyrus Reggio. Her uncles Joseph Kanoff Jr. and Daniel Bub and her aunts Patricia House, Corinne Bodnar and Jacqueline Alexander and her many cousins and friends.

“And if you ask me to, Daddy’s gonna buy you a mockingbird I’ma give you the world; I’ma buy a diamond ring for you, I’ma sing for you I’ll do anything for you to see you smile.”

Visitation hours will be held on Friday January 3, 2025 from 3-6 P.M. at the Martinez Morse Funeral Home 33 Railroad Ave. Middletown, N.Y.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday January 4, 2025 at 9:30 A.M. at St. Joseph Church Cottage Street Middletown, N.Y.

Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery in Middletown, N.Y.
