Hazel Crum

Hazel Crum Newburgh, New York Hazel Crum of Newburgh, New York, passed away at the Kaplan Family Hospice in Newburgh, N.Y on February 26, 2021. She was 76. The daughter of the late Henry and Isabelle Gladys Elston Crum, she was born on January 7, 1945 in Middletown, New York. Survivors include her brothers Henry "Mike" Crum (Maryann); William Robert Crum (Pamela); Randy Crum (Theresa) and Tony Crum (Nikki). She is also survived by her nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sisters Patricia and Rose. A Graveside service will be held on Thursday March 4, 2021 at 1 P.M. in Wallkill Cemetery 160 Midway Rd. Middletown, N.Y.
