March 3, 1936 – July 24, 2025

John Garulli, beloved father, grandfather, and brother, passed away peacefully in Middletown, NY, on July 24, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. He was 89 years old. John is survived by his three children, Elaine (Greg), John (Carolyn), and Kathleen; his brother Michael (Kathy); five grandchildren, Jennifer (Keith), John (Breigh), Dianna (Ralph), Vincent, and Jonathan; and 12 great-grandchildren, Madison, Haley, John, Maxx, McKenzie, Riley, Giovanni, Olivia, Parker, Kevin, Lily, and Vincent. He was preceded in death by his wife of 40 years, Caryl; his father, John; his mother, Carolyn; and his sister, Carol. Upon graduating Suffern High School, John joined the U.S. Navy, served on the U.S.S. Fox, and was honorably discharged in May 1962. John and Caryl were married on July 18, 1959, and raised their family in Suffern, NY, at an apartment complex fondly known as Brooklands. John and Caryl moved to Port St. Lucie, FL, in January 1987 and built their dream home with a pool. John spent his final years living in Port St. Lucie with his daughter, Elaine and her family, and his fuzzy buddy Shih Tzu, Jules. John spent the majority of his career in the automotive parts industry. He enjoyed a good cup of coffee, going out to breakfast, sitting around a campfire, fishing, and watching sports. He was a lifelong NY Yankees and NY Giants fan and became a late in life Miami Marlins fan as well. A memorial service will be private for the family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: Treasure Coast Food Bank 401 Angle Road Fort Pierce, FL 34957
