Jose E. Quintana of Newburgh, N.Y., died on Saturday October 28, 2017 in Newburgh. He was 52. The son of Rosa Quintana, he was born on October 21, 1965 in Carolina, Puerto Rico. Survivors include his brothers and sisters Rosa, Jose, Angel, Julio, Carmen and Ramon. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews. Visitation and Funeral Services will be held on Saturday November 4, 2017 from 2-4 P.M. at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main St. Middletown, N.Y. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
