Judith Sommers

Judith A. Sommers of Bloomingburg, a retired employee of the Housekeeping Department of the Hampton Inn in Middletown, died on November 22, 2014 at her home. She was 70. The daughter of the late Martin and Mary Englemeyer Purdy, she was born on April 9, 1944 in Newton, N.J. Survivors include her sons Warren G. Sommers and his wife Marie of Pine Bush, N.Y. and Robert Sommers of Bloomingburg. Her grandson Kyle Sommers. Her former husband Warren Sommers of Wurtsboro. Her brother Stanley Purdy and his wife Irene of PA. and her sister Shirley Purdy as well as several nieces and nephews. Visitation hours will be held on Tuesday November 25, 2014 from 5-8 P.M. at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main St. Middletown, N.Y. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday evening at 8 P.M. at the Funeral Home. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
