Keri Galarza Censi

On October 18, 2025, Keri Galarza passed away peacefully, surrounded by her children, her daughter Jean’s significant other, her sisters Randi and Jenn, and brother-in-law Jamal. She was born on July 1, 1968, and lived her life with strength, humor, and endless love for her family.

She is survived by her children, Jean Galarza, Gregory Censi and his fiancé Cassidy and Logan Censi; her beloved grandchildren, Mia, Giovanni, Genevieve, and Lizzie; her sisters and brother; and many nieces, nephews, and wonderful friends, who were lucky to know her.

She never stopped talking about her kids and grandkids and loved them tremendously, in the best ways she could. She held many jobs over the years, always working hard and chasing her goals, never giving up on her dream to keep learning and growing. Even after a car accident ten years ago left her a quadriplegic, she continued to make the best of life with courage, stubborn determination, and her one-of-a-kind sense of humor.

She loved being outdoors, spending time with family and friends, collecting Betty Boop things, and making everyone laugh—often with her hilariously inappropriate jokes. She was strong-willed, opinionated, and unapologetically herself, and that’s exactly how we’ll always remember her.

While her absence leaves an ache that words can’t fill, we find comfort knowing she’s no longer in pain and finally at peace. She will be deeply missed and forever loved.

Services will be held on Saturday October 25, 2025 from 9 A.M. to 10:30 A.M. with a Service at 10:30 A.M. at the Middletown Salvation Army 80 West Main St. Middletown, N.Y. to celebrate her beautiful life and the love she shared with all who knew her.
