Louis Acampora

Louis A. "Gigi" Acampora Bloomingburg, New York Louis A. Acampora, a former driver for Continental Bakery Company and longtime resident of the area, died Tuesday January 22, 2013 at home. He was 79. The son of the late Louis & Gloria DiIanni Acampora, he was born on August 6, 1933 in Bronx, New York. He was a U.S. ARMY veteran during the Korean war. Louis is survived by his wife Dorothy Acampora at home; his children: Dorothy Lamberti of Bloomingburg; Theresa Millspaugh & her husband Richard of Middletown; Louis Acampora & his wife Rosann of Poughquag, NY; as well as his 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 1-2 PM on Saturday January 26, 2013 at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main Street Middletown, NY. Funeral Services will be held at 2 PM on Saturday January 26, 2013 at the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
