Michael A. Stevenson Middletown, New York Michael A. Stevenson of Middletown, N.Y. passed away on September 8, 2021 in Garnet Health Medical Center in Middletown. He was 41. The son of Clarence Stevenson and Minnie Small Stevenson, he was born on November 4, 1979 in Middletown, N.Y. Michael was very active in Martial Arts and Karate. He is survived by his mother Minnie Stevenson of Middletown and his father Clarence Stevenson of the State of Florida. His sister Shanika Small of Middletown, N.Y. and his grandmother Catherine Small of Middletown, N.Y. He is also survived by a host of Aunts, uncles and cousins including Irene Hamilton of Middletown. Visitation hours will be held on Tuesday September 14, 2021 from 12 Noon-1 P.M. with a Funeral Service at 1 P.M. at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main St. Middletown, N.Y. Burial will follow in Hillside Cemetery in Middletown, N.Y.
