Patrick Smith

Patrick J. Smith of Wurtsboro, a retired truck driver with Yellow Freight in Maybrook, N.Y. died on April 22, 2018. He was 61. The son of the late William Smith and Alma Davis Smith, he was born on October 17, 1956 in Middletown, N.Y. Patrick is survived by his mother and his five children which was everything to hime. He is also survived by his three brothers and two sisters and his grandchildren and nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father and his sister. Funeral Services will be held on Sunday April 29, 2018 at 2 P.M. at St. John's Lutheran Church 391 Mt. Hope Road Middletown, N.Y.
