Robert Formato

Robert J. Formato of Middletown, died on June 4, 2016 at his home. He was 37. The son of Frank and Alice Barile Formato he was born on October 26, 1978 in the Bronx, New York. Robert was a self-employed mixed tape artist under the name of DJ White Owl . Survivors include his children Vanessa Formato and Jaysen Robert Formato. His parents Frank and Alice Formato of Middletown, N.Y. His brother Michael Formato and his wife Stefanie and his niece Mia Formato all in Chester, N.Y. The mother of his children Jackie Perez and his aunt Patricia Seemer and his eight cousins. Visitation hours will be held on Sunday June 12, 2016 from 2-9 P.M. at the Lippincott Funeral Home, Inc. 92 Main St. Chester, N.Y. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday June 13, 2016 at 11 A.M. in St. Columba R.C. Church 29 High St. Chester, N.Y. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
