Robert H. Young Jr.

Robert "Doc" Young Jr. of Middletown, N.Y., a employee of FedEx in Montgomery, N.Y. and a lifelong resident of the area, passed away on October 29, 2023 in Garnet Health Medical Center in Middletown, N.Y. He was 58.

The son of the late Robert and Janet Young, he was born on October 15, 1965 in Middletown, N.Y.

"Doc" raced at the Orange County Fair Speedway for over 25 years and raced under the number 22.

Survivors include his wife Nicole Young at home. His son Derek Young and daughter Courtney Young both of Middletown, N.Y. His brothers Dale Young and David Young both of Middletown and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister Dawn Young.

Visitation hours will be held on Monday November 6, 2023 from 5-8 P.M. at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main St. Middletown, N.Y.

Services will be held on Tuesday November 7, 2023 at 10 A.M. at the Funeral Home.

Burial will follow in the Wallkill Cemetery Town of Wallkill, N.Y.
