Rodney Batista

Rodney S. Batista, a lifelong resident of the area, passed away Monday June 11, 2018 at Westchester Medical Center after a ten year battle with leukemia. He was 36. The son of Obed and Lisa King Batista, he was born on May 11, 1982 in Middletown, New York. Survivors include his parents: Obed Batista Sr and Lisa King-Batista; his fiancé: Katlin Neiger; his children: Dinasia Batista; Londyn Batista; his 5 brothers: Obed Batista Jr.; Hector Batista; Timothy Batista; Samuel Batista and Angel Batista; his sisters: Niema Batista and Jazmin Batista; as well as aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 2-6 PM on Thursday June 14, 2018 at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main Street Middletown, NY. A Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM on Friday June 15, 2018 at the Funeral Home with Rev. Dennis Johnson officiating. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
