Ronald Jovino

Ronald M. Jovino of Chester, N.Y., a longtime resident of the area, passed away peacefully on October 5, 2017 at his home, surrounded by his family. He was 77. The son of the late Alphonse and Jennie Jovino, he was born on March 21, 1940 in Brooklyn, New York. Ronald enjoyed a career as a printer with Local 6 in New York, N.Y from 1962 to 2001. He was was also employed by XEROX Corp. until his retirement in 2007. Survivors include his wife, Elisa Jovino. His daughters Stacey Jovino of Pennsylvania and Jennifer Small and her husband Thomas of Chester, N.Y. His grandchildren Joseph; Jessica; and Juliana. His brother Richard Jovino and several nephews. He was predeceased by his sister Theresa Vaughan. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Saturday October 21, 2017 at 11 A.M. at St. Columba R.C. Church High St. Chester, New York.
