Terry R. Gentile

Terry R. Gentile of Middletown, New York passed away on November 1, 2026 at his home. He was 68.

The son of the late George and Leota Gentile, he was born on February 2, 1958 in Middletown, New York.

Terry was employed as a direct support supervisor for Letchworth Village in Port Jervis, N.Y.

He was a member of Phoenix Company No. 4 in Middletown, New York.

Survivors include his sisters Linda Jansen, Sharon Bonnell and her husband Mark, Ginger Fitzgerald and her husband Cliff, Dixie Pflugler, Bonnie Gentile, Audrey Gentile, Robin Diana and her husband Vic, Jodi Greco and her husband Walt and Nancy Gentile and her companion Ed. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother Paul Gentile.

As per Terry’s wishes, services will be held at the convenience of the family.
