Wendy A. Westphal Middletown, New York Wendy A. Westphal, a loving mother and longtime resident of the area, died on January 30, 2019 at her home with her family by her side. She was 55. The daughter of Robert and Agnes McCloud Smy, she was born on August 27, 1963 in Belfast, Ireland. Survivors include her children Peter, Nicole, Sara, Bobby, Crystal, Casey, Alicia and Kristina. She is also survived by her ten grandchildren; her parents; her brothers Jeff and Eddie and her nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Peter Mangano and her sister Marie. The family would like to thank Hospice of Orange and Sullivan County with a special thank you to her nurse Katherine. Visitation hours will be held on Sunday February 3, 2019 from 2-4 P.M. at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc. 72 West Main Street Middletown, N.Y.
