William Peter Mott, Jr., of Middletown, NY, formerly of Bloomingburg, NY, passed away on June 19, 2025 at Montefiore Nyack Hospital, Nyack, NY, at the age of 63.
The son of the late Pete and Mary Alice Mott, being born in Middletown, NY. on March 26, 1962.
Peter was predeceased by his infant son Robert in 1989.
Survivors include his son William (granddaughter Tessa), son Corey (granddaughter Rosanna), wife Ruth. He is also survived by his sisters Kathy Mott Mikulski, Mary Alice Mott Mignault, and Patricia Mott DeLeon. He also has surviving nieces and nephews.
Peter was so proud to be a member of the Monhagen Hose & Rescue Company. While he couldn’t be an active member, his memories of the comradery in the company remained important to him.
A grave side service will be held on Saturday, July 26, 2025 at 2 P.M. at the Bloomingburg Cemetery, Bloomingburg, NY. Firemanic Services will be held grave side by the Monhagen Hose & Rescue Company.
